Having websites like this one, a Vitamix, and a dehydrator makes living raw a chinch!!!!

My biggest challenge with eating raw is the how much food I need to chew! No seriously, the thought of having to chew every meal, when you’re accustomed to skipping meals, is daunting! I need to change my eating habits though and I’m sure once I get the hang of eating raw, and couple it with meal planning, I’ll do fine.

My biggest challenge is balancing my intake so that I get my my body requires. I’ve been sick for years and it can be difficult to research to determine the food to help and then getting enough of those foods in my diet to make a difference in my health. Juicing and blending helps.

My biggest challenge is eating raw when I’m on tour and don’t have the freedom or ability to get to good grocery stores or restaurants.

My biggest challenge is eating when traveling. If going by car I always pack a big salad, frozen green smoothies and several days worth of juices. When traveling by air it is a little more challenging. I’ve started packing a cashew cheese wrap that holds up nicely and passes through security, also nuts, fruit, etc.

My biggest challenge is that i’m the only one in my home, my friends, my job, and in my family that eats a raw food meal plan. They are constantly giving me their negative opinions. I am also the one that prepares the food in my home and find it difficult to maintain a raw lifestyle when having to prepare cooked foods for my family. I fee

I would say my biggest challenge is the fact that my husband & I are living with his mother right now & there is never any room for our food or kitchen equipment….also its hard to make anything as beautiful as yours but I am still trying!! 🙂 you’re a great motivator 🙂

My biggest challenge is meal prep time. I still prepare cooked meals for my family and by the time I get to my meal, I default to a wrap or salad cause its quick and easy. I would like more interesting meals for myself but I don’t wish to spend my entire eventing preparing meals, eating then going to bed.
