My challenge is choosing raw organic fruits and vegetables while on limited income. I don’t know how to make single serving sizes in my blender.

My biggest challenging is variety and planning. I tend to rely on a few favorite salad combinations. At least once or twice a week, I will make a recipe from this or other raw food blogs but making the recipe requiress planning to ensure I have all the right ingredients.

I would so love to add more raw foods to my menu plan, having a nutribullet would let me incorporate healthy meals for me and my family

The largest hindrance I have in being mostly raw, is being organized enough to prepare raw for me and “regular” for my husband. He is willing to try some things, but maybe only once a week. I just need more time, the illusive thing of the universe, right?

My biggest issue with raw food is that I can’t afford a good high speed blender. People rave about the Vitamix, the Blendtec, etc. but I just can’t manage something so nice with my budget. The Nutribullet looks like it would be a perfect substitute for those blenders which cost hundreds of dollars. I would SO love to use one to be able to make fresh smoothies, soups, dips, and the like! 😀

My biggest challenge with raw food is getting my husband to eat raw. If the food is a sweet, then it’s not so much a challenge, but everything else that is packed full of goodness he does not see the same way.

My biggest challenge is time! I am a student, and to find time to eat ANYTHING is hard!!! I really enjoy when I do find time, to search for a very yummy and healthy food recipe! I guess it will be quick and simple if I have a nutri bullet ! 🙂
Tks for the lovely website and the info about raw food!!!!

My biggest challenge with raw food is definitely keeping my fats down to a normal level…it’s just all that good!

The biggest challenge for me is psychological– I general do fine when I’m living alone & doing my own thing but when it;s a holiday and I’m visiting with family memories of happy times associated with specific foods get the best of me. For example, EVERY special occasion (birthday, graduation, father/mother’s day etc) my mom makes her famous brownies….I’ve tried but raw food recipes cant match the taste because it’s so specific. Plus, trying to match past foods like that just makes me too much in general.
