My challenge is the time factor.
Time to find the recipes & then get all the ingredients. Otherwise I just eat the same things all the time & it gets boring.

My biggest challenge is spending too much time preparing my food. All the love put into each piece of work makes them taste great, but my day is then over.

My biggest challenge is the snack attack I have at work in the afternoon. Most of the time I’m unprepared so I hit up the vending machine…which ends up hurting my tummy. With three kids and a hubbie that don’t eat raw, it’s hard to make myself prep all the ingredients to make it easier and most of the time I forget about snacks. I’m getting there…taking it one moment at a time. I feel so much better when I eat raw.

I’m enjoying more and more raw food, it seems a natural evolution. My biggest challenge is having fresh produce and ingredients on hand – the weekly farmers’ market is great but after four or five days I need to restock and the store with the best produce is a bit of a shlep.

My biggest problem is accessibility. I’m new to raw food and find that it takes time and is sometime hard to do.

My biggest challenge is when I’m on holidays and trying to fit in with a group of people who eat the usual way and trying to fit in with everyone’s eating plans without causing too much of a fuss.

My challenge with raw food is so often. I travel a lot and always find myself compromising.
I have all sorts of machines at home but I don’t get to use them as often as I wish. This will be a life changer.

My biggest challenges are:
1. The time it takes to create a well balanced menu plan, shopping and then prepping the food (washing, containerizing and organizing in my refrigerator. The other day, I spent 2 hours prepping and cutting fruit to be frozen for my protein shakes. If I don’t do this, good food gets lost and spoils. I would love storage, shopping and, most importantly, balanced menu planning guidelines and ideas.
2. Dining out. I am not afraid to ask for what I want. The challenge comes when I smell what others are eating. Also, I usually end up just being able to get a salad.

My biggest challenge is alotting time to myself to be able to prepare and eat more raw foods. My time seems to be spent preparing food for my husband and son who are not interested in eating a hight raw food diet. I end up with boring salads just thrown together. I would like to make more interesting food for me.
