My biggest challenge with raw food is my being a college student. Not exactly many options in the dining hall.

I think I’m late but I’ll try anyways. I like raw did and I’m transitioning 🙂 I found that a lot of recepies need a dehydrator. I could not get one as I have a very small kitchen. Also a good blender (I have a small one with a little cup which takes me hours to blend stuff)
I still won’t give up, some times I simplify the recepies so I can skip steps.
Thank you for your awesome website and for the time you put in maintaining it.

My biggest challenge with raw foods is that I work 10 hour days, from 6:30am to 5:00 pm. Needless to say, I don’t have any free time in the morning to prepare food, everything has to be premade and heated up when I get to work. I have only 30 minutes for lunch, so there is no time to run home to prepare meals either. When I get home in the evening, there are chores to do, a dog to walk, and I have to fit my workout in before bedtime too. On the weekends, I try to prepare raw food snacks, and of course I eat salads, fresh fruits which are raw, but preparing raw food meals, fresh juices and smoothies are not always easy to do with my hectic schedule.

One of the challenges of eating a high raw diet is that social events pose a real problem. One has to make a conscious decision ahead of time as to what you are going to eat (or not eat) … and maybe take along your own food if need be.

My biggest challenge is knowing what to fix each day and having the tools to make things work. I also want to cook the correct food for my husband who doesn’t like too much raw food. He likes smoothies though and has liked a few things that I made.

My biggest challenge with raw foods is the time it takes in preparation. I don’t have a lot of time, and have a lot of kids- as a single mom my time is just so limited!

    Hello

My biggest challenge is sourcing quality ingredients near by. Also i think the fruit/ veg combinations is tough sometimes when making smoothies. Ideally i need a quick weekly table with some smoothie ideas and the ingredients listed, then salad ideas etc.

I love raw and enjoy eating it

My friend has one – they are fabulous! and I would love to win one too

How kind you are. I have a hard time with feeling heavy from but and seed-based recipes
