Hi! I see the contest has ended, but I figure you would like as much input as possible! My biggest challenge to eating raw is being able to process food! I have a food processor and a juicer, but something in between would be great for making sauce-type foods.

Best of luck to the winner. 🙂

I love eating raw in the summer but there are times I crave raw foods in the winter as well. Being from the north there aren’t many raw things growing so an kind of raw food eating is tough!

I draw a blank when I try to figure out what to replace honey or agave with… I do not use sugar but I am a very busy caregiver and struggle so much with leaving the house too early in the morning to eat and then dont eat all day if i have nothing with me and i was hoping i could figure out how to make “cookies/bars” to bring with me places but i have not succeeded when i try to make them…. i don’t know how it would alter the recipe, I guess volume-wise b/c I know stevia and xylitol? are supposed to be ok but how do I know what measurements etc etc .. I would soooooooo appreciate any help or wisdom and of course would love to try to take something like a but rivulet with me on the go! Thanks …. Blessings & Happiness

My biggest challenge is not planning ahead of time. I need to make a menu and get all of the ingredients or it is epic failure to eat healthy that day.
