I love raw food and am happy about the switch over to raw food. The only thing I struggle with when it comes to raw food is that you sometimes become limited to the seasons in what you can and can’t make. For example, I love to make apricot jam. If it’s winter and apricots grow in late spring/summer it makes it difficult to keep it organic because, the farmers market won’t have so I’d have to have my apricot jam a little less than organic or not have it at all.

My biggest challenge is that there are many raw foods that I cant eat raw because it makes me feel sick to my stomach.
Not sure why, Im still working on finding out about that (ie: beets, peanuts, broccoli,,,,,).
In addition, so many recipes that would give variety to a raw diet have so many things I cant eat (ie: vinegar, sugar,).
Bless you, this is very generous of you to do this.

The biggest challenge I have with being raw is eating out and at friends places. If the food is raw ideally I’d like it to be organic and washed well. I also don’t expect friends to prepare food they wouldn’t usually eat just for me.

The absolute biggest challenge is making things that the entire family likes. The kids are suspicious to green veggies but really like the desserts and the hubby is the other way around! 🙂

My biggest challenge to steadily eating raw is frequent traveling without handy kitchen facilities. So thankful for your recent post about eating vegan/raw on the road. Thanks so much! Your NutriBullet would be ideal! Thanks for the opportunity to participate in this contest. 🙂
