My biggest challenge is supper time. Getting home late and providing a healthily raw food meal and not just picking at whatever is available.

My biggest challenge is in clean up and storage space. We have a family of four in a 900sq ft modular. I did very well on raw for a good while and gave up being 100% raw after marrying an anti vegetable meat eater and having two children. The baby and I are the only ones who care for green smoothies any more, and my beloved vita mix is acting like it is going to die. (It is out of warrantee.) I would so love a small high speed blender!!!! Pick me! Pick me!!! (Please?)

I have the biggest sweet tooth ever 🙂 It’s been a blessing to find raw, healthy, real desserts (cakes, fudges and etc.) recipes! I don’t even tell my friends that cheesecake I made is gluten, dairy, sugar free! They just love it. And I love being migraine free since I started eating raw foods and best of all raw desserts! whoo hoo! Thank you for inspiration! I can have my cake and eat it too! Without collapsing in migraine pain for half a week! 🙂

My biggest challenge is having the money to buy all the wonderful, expensive ingredients regularly enough to maintain a fully raw diet.

The biggest challenge for me is getting my almost two year old to eat whatever I make!

My biggest challenge is working with the digestability of raw food. Sometimes (somedays and with certain foods) I feel like my digestive system can’t handle raw food as well as lightly cooked food. Baking is also a struggle for me. I don’t eat many baked goods, but I love to bake for others, and baking raw is…hard!

My biggest challenge staying raw is the size of my family. We are twelve total. That is not a misprint. We have 10 children, my husband, myself and on more than one occasion my father, and any random friend my kids bring home. We are 12, but I often cook (or uncook) for about 13. We rarely have left overs, and I need to stay on some kind of budget. Good news is that most everyone loves the meals I prepare 🙂 I need to find the best, least expensive meals, and plan ahead for them, oh and the time to do it!!
