My biggest challenge is finding the time (and energy) to shop and prepare raw foods with little kids running around.

My challenge is working 2 jobs, cooking for my family who does not want to be raw with me and staying raw. I feel wonderful when I’m raw and not wonderful when I’m not. But it’s hard…. Very hard to maintain raw and every other thing going on in my life….

My biggest challenge is when traveling. Finding quality organics when in a tiny town on the other side of the planet can be challenging. Of course, half my carry-on is food that I make and travel with (bars and other goodies, nuts, dried fruit, etc.).
And, to manage my autoimmune disease, it’s imperative that I pay attention to what and how I eat.
The Nutri-Bullet would take the stress out of foraging in a foreign town–stress that I can’t afford to have if I am going to stay healthy and vital while traveling!

I love the idea of eating raw food. I eat vegetables and fruits and nuts but buying all that equipment to prepare more complex meals is too expensive for me right now since I am a full-time college student & unemployed. I do have a couple of books line-up (online store) for buying when I get a full-time job (I will be done with school in about 2 months.) I’ve browsed through a few of the books and I get really excited about continuing to change the way I have become used to eating (frozen meals).

My biggest challenge of being raw is not having the ingredients at hand.

My biggest challenge with juicing has always been finding creative ways to use the “pulp” or leftovers from juice extracting. How many crackers or veggie loaves can I make? The compost pile gets most of the scraps. My old Champion juicer (I think I bought it in the early ’80s!!!) still works like a charm—but isn’t convenient to set up, clean up, or lug around. The Nutri-Bullet would be the answer to delicious, nutritious raw smoothies and meals on the go! Love RAW. Love your site! Thanks!

My biggest problem is that I don’t have the heart to say ‘no’ when people offer me cooked food that has been prepared with such love!!!!! I don’t want to offend or be difficult….. what to do?????
