    PART 2 –
Sorry, in my excitement, I forgot that I was supposed to tell you what my biggest challenge is with raw food. Maybe my biggest challenge is that my husband is “allergic” to vegetables and anything else that might be healthy. I only have 2 years before retirement when I will have more time to focus on his health and experiment with raw recipes. But in the meantime, I’ve been reasonably successful at raising my own % of raw foods: nuts, veggies, fruits. I still eat oatmeal, hard-boiled eggs, soups, small amounts of meat, so there is definitely lots of room for improvement. I’ve been gathering RAW recipes over the summer and with Fall coming on, I’m ready to move onto the next stage – winning the NutriBullet, buying a dehydrator, and trying out all these wonderful raw recipes. It’s great to have all this online support. Thanks so much.

My biggest challenge with eating raw 100% of the time is when travelling too – it’s hard in hotels, or with friends and family who do not also eat raw to maintain the regime when you don’t have all the tools easily to hand. THANK YOU SO MUCH for this wonderful competition & your Rawmazing website – LOVE LOVE LOVE it all 🙂

Our biggest challenge is to keep trying out new recipes so we’re offering enough of a range to keep the children interested. When time is short , it’s easy to fall back on a limited number of old favourites. This website has been invaluable!

Although I’m 80% raw, my biggest challenge is developing a diversity of readily available raw food since I lead a very busy schedule. I also have a significant weakness for cooked Thai and Indian foods!

Planning raw menus and the time it takes to prep have been my latest challenges.

    my biggest challenge is myself..
I am the cook and my husband is the bottle washer, he did turn vegan but I am trying to go more raw even though he doesn’t see the need as much as I do. the good news is he is more open to it as time goes on. no excuse for me, my health demands it!!!!!

My biggest challenge is not getting bored with the limited kinds of fruit that’s available. So I always fall back on my banana ice cream. That never gets old!

My biggest challenge is giving up hot food. Hot food is just such a comfort!
