I love raw food but sometimes I feel I am too cold and needed cooked food… as my gut and digestion is not great… and I find there is so much contrasting information on whether cooked or raw is good. I will continue to keep trying yummy recipes like you provide and try at least some raw food with each meal..thanks for your tips… 🙂

My biggest challenge to eating a fully raw food diet is organising myself. Some days are easier than others. If I am under pressure and have no preparation for meals in place, I can be left standing in the kitchen wondering what to eat. The Nutribullet would be a godsend 🙂

my biggest challenge is the fact that my husband eats the standard western diet & i am raw, so i spend “a lot” of time in the kitchen.

My biggest challenge is coming up with creative ideas to use the wide variety of organic produce I buy.

My biggest challenge is food fatigue. Sometimes raw food just doesn’t have the texture and consistency that satisfies my satiety. I’ll make raw corn chips but they just don’t have the crunch like a healthy store-bought blue corn chip. Granted, I will eat less, but sometimes I just love to munch.

The biggest challenge for me is the time it takes for food prep.

I’m disabled and struggle to use my arms & hands, so sometimes I find myself having to grab to nearest thing when I’m too poorly to prepare something raw…*sigh*…I try my best but it’s quite a lot of hard work to chop/cut/shred/grate – oh for a magic wand…lol. :O)

My biggest challenge with raw foods is money. I lost my job and only recently started a lower paying one and it’s made it extremely difficult to keep raw food in the house as my girlfriend doesn’t follow the same eating habits.
