My biggest challenge is preparing quick raw meals that my 1.5 year old will also like.

My biggest challenge is basically when I am away from home…

Biggest challenge is buying the right amount of food — not too much so things rot but not too little so I don’t have what I need. I’d add getting bored with recipes but that would be two!

My biggest challenge is finding food when dining out. I can make salads at home, but if I am dining out..I’d prefer to order dishes that are a little more complex 🙂

The biggest challenge with raw food is the cost. I use my local farm stands and local green grocers but buying the amount of produce it takes to feed a family of 6 is a huge financial commitment. It was easier when we were a 2 income family unfortunately we are now a 1 income family. I make at least 1 meal for the family a raw meal.

My biggest challenge with raw food is having a husband that loves comfort food too much! Therefore I end up cooking and preparing food twice every day! As a first grade teacher this is exhausting after a day of work. I find that planning ahead is helpful but still challenging to do dinner twice a day.

My biggest challenge eating raw is planning ahead. There are so many wonderful recipes, but many of them seem to take a bit of forethought and time. I drink a lot of green smoothies!

I am new to eating raw although I have been a vegetarian for almost 30 years. My biggest challenge is creating meals that are filling enough for my non-raw, non vegetarian spouse and since there is only the two of us, not using all the wonderful raw food before it spoils.
