My biggest challenge was to stop eating bread with my salads 🙂

Unfortunately there just never seems to be enough time in the day for everything! That would be my challenge.

My biggest challenge is that I prefer to grow my own food but for a majority raw diet that means a large garden which I don’t have. I can’t always afford raw food from the store so I have to supplement with other things.

My biggest challenge is eating at the homes of friends and family who eat the Standard American Diet and think that it is healthy.

My biggest challenge is planning ahead and making time for raw entrees. Snacks, desserts, salads, and soups are easier to make in batches or on the spur of the moment.

My biggest challenge eating raw is that my husband does not, so I prepare his supper and then mine. Trying to have things come out “even” time-wise is often a challenge. Also, the cost of preparing raw recipes can get expensive with the raw nuts, etc., They are not available in my area so I have to order them all online.

When I eat raw it’s usually pretty simple since I’m not very versed in it. I need to spend some time on creating tasty food.
