At 46 my biggest challenge is changing my entire way of cooking. Learning new techniques and hanging up the old. Habits are the hardest to break but I keep trying.

My goal is to continually incorporate more raw food into my family’s diet and I am enjoying trying new recipes all the time. I feel that finding proper fruits and vegetables is challenging (especially when you have been out to Panama and Costa Rica and have eaten these items ripened naturally!).

Finding the time! Eating raw takes so much time both in preparation and in shopping. It almost feels like a full time job, and is difficult to do while caring for my three children.

I am a newbie to raw foods and I love the way it feels. My biggest challenge is planning ahead so that I have all the ingredients I need and I can create meals that are interesting, rich and tasty.

My biggest challenge is finding clever ways of not lying when I have to tell my house-mate what was in the raw food dish I just made, which, of course, is just full of all the raw foods that she swears she does not like.

My biggest challenge with raw food is finding a way to keep it fresh past a few days. However, my motto is to never eat something that has a longer shelf life than I do.

Uhm… no doubt my biggest challenge is the time and effort it takes to make it appealing and filling (teenagers) for my family.
