My biggest challenge is planning and organization – staying on top of all the extra things that need to be done in food preparation, such as soaking nuts.

My biggest challenge is feeling satisfied. I always feel hungry and light headed and ungrounded.

My biggest challenge is trying to always find substitutes for the nuts in yummy recipes due to multiple nut allergies in our home.:(

Planning! Sometimes figuring out when to start soaking nuts or put something in the dehydrator is the hardest part.

My biggest challenge has been boredom with seemingly lack of choices and lack of familial and community support. My husband refuses to eat raw and is not very supportive. Combined with lack of choices when I am out of my home, staying raw has not been easy !

I’ve been eating about 80% raw for a couple of years (lots easier in the summer than winter). It’s definitely time consuming. My hubby has a stomach feeding tube and we are making his food in a vita-mix and syringing into his stomach….also mostly raw. His doesn’t have to be palatable though, so lots easier to do. So time is a big challenge here!
Thanks for your wonderful site! So inspirational.
