My biggest challenge is when I am traveling. I travel frequently to Spain, and although I am always able to find fresh produce, it is often difficult to find organic fruits and vegetables.

My biggest challenge with raw food is variety as a result of lack of time necessary to try a lot of things so I prepare the things I know how to prepare and like, which isn’t much.

My biggest raw challenge has to do with getting married on 7/29/13. My husband and I were in a long distance relationship for 3 years until 2 weeks after the wedding when the last day for his job was. We had not lived together until this very month. I quit smoking in January, and went (mostly) Raw in May, and 100% raw this month. He, however, loves meat and potatoes and still smokes. I have tried to share all my meals with him, and he shows interest in converting, but its so hard to go back to preparing cooked meals AND uncook my meals.

My biggest challenge is time!

My biggest challenge is everyone else! My family doesn’t eat raw, so there is more food around for social situations that really isn’t what I’d choose. So, I make and bring that which I love, which works… but it’s still a challenge.

I have chronic fatigue due to lyme disease. My biggest challenge with eating raw is fixing food on those day when I just too tired, or brain fogged to prepare something. When I am that tired I am limited to making raw juices and smoothies. I could use some “no brainer” recipes that are for solid food.

My biggest challenge is just starting! I can’t seem to really take it and live it like I should. There seems to be so much to learn in how to do it.

I find my biggest challenge is the time issue. I struggle to take the time.
