I am new to raw eating and still working on making the transition. I guess knowledge for me is the biggest hold up. I am still trying to figure out proteins, etc, and the best way to eat raw and remain good to my body supplying it with all the nutrients it needs. Any time I try to eat vegan I find I get really fatigued So I know I am missing something. So I will research 🙂

My biggest challenge is prep! I love raw food and dehydrating but fall down by not planning and prepping appropriately. But I feel 100% better when I am on “it” and eat a mostly raw diet. It is especially easy during the summer months but as the rain descends upon the Pacific NW, I crave warmer foods. Thanks for such a great giveaway!

My biggest challenge is re-training myself and getting a good variety

My biggest challenge is the variety in my family, myself raw, one vegetarian, one semi-veg, 2 carnivores. Easiest is to do things like tapas as everyone can find something but it takes time…

Trying to stay raw through the winter months is SO HARD!! It gets really cold and I crave the warmth..from the inside out! Heating up raw foods in the dehydrator just does not cut it. 🙁

Eating raw in the middle of a snow storm !!!!!! Or a chill to the bone rainy fall day……I’m learning to warm food to under 118 degrees is a help.

I have been juicing for over 25 years, and have just started blending smoothies to get more fiber in me. The Nutri Bullet would be a great addition to the kitchen!
