First I want to thank you so much for the inspiration and wonderful recipes. They are great and my entire family will eat them. The biggest challenge we have about eating raw is prep time. I have heard some great things about the nutri bullet. Thanks for offering to give one away!

Biggest challenge has to be not overindulging on yummy calorie dense raw foods (Raw nuts, cacao, coconut… ) ! Would be great to have a nutribullet to mix up healthy veggies and fruits on the go!

I like variety in my foods and I find that by the time I find a recipe that I have all the ingredients for, it is usually too late to prepare it for dinner. Breakfast and lunch are easier as I enjoy my smoothies and salads or other simple veggies thrown together. I like my dinner to be a bit more comforting.

Biggest challege? Getting my wife to go with the flow. Second is the long “cook” times for dehydrated dishes.

So hard to find time to prepare healthy nutritious meals. I commute quite a distance, am up early and home late from two jobs. Also difficult to find reasonably priced quality fruits and veggies as the seasons wane. Love that fresh picked produce!

The most difficult aspect of eating raw is lack of convenience.
