My biggest challenge with eating raw is getting my results to come out looking like yours! 🙂
My toughest challenge is making raw food prep practical. I find most things time consuming and ingredient heavy. I test quite a few of your recipes on the weekend as a treat and to try things out of the ordinary but as a daily means of nourishment, I’m just not there.

My biggest challenge with eating rawfood is an unwilling son and thus spending loads of time cooking seperate meals.

I just started adding raw food recipes into the families diet; my biggest challenge with raw food is lack of experience.

The most difficult aspect of eating raw is dehydrating. I see the most amazing recipes and have tried repeatedly to recreate them, but always fall short. Having raw snacks (the eggplant fries, for instance…) for myself and my kids that satisfy the salty/crunchy cravings would be so helpful. I will endeavor to persevere!

My biggest challenge with eating RAW is the prep time.
It take a commitment to not revert to fast, easy pre-packaged foods.

There is no support system for raw food living out here in my small little town in the midwest. So no chance of going out to eat. After working full-time all day, it can be overwhelming to get dinner on the table…

My biggest problem eating raw is when I have to travel for work. Finding places to eat or being prepared with food to take with me.

It is hard to make stuff for just one or two people. I use the raw sprouts protein powder a lot. Items that lend themselves to several recipes would help me.

The biggest challenge I face with eating raw is the cost. I KNOW my health and future are worth it; it’s just so hard when my budget is so small.
