My biggest challenge is to find organic vegies at a reasonable price. I don’t want to eat the pesticides or GMO produce, but organic is pretty expensive. I also find it hard to find the time each morning to prep the vegies.

I would say the biggest challenge, is other people…. (non-raw foodies, I call ’em … LOL) Like I was at my best friends daughters birthday party and I didn’t want a regular, cooked cupcake…. and everyone looked at me like I was insane…. Umm, not to mention, a lot of cooked food gives me heartburn! So excuse me, I like eating raw food because there is not one thing raw, that has given me heartburn!

I think the prep work is the hardest part. I am often sick so I like quick n easy:)

What a great giveaway, thank you for doing it! I think my biggest challenge with raw food is prepping. I LOVE fresh fruits & veggies, but don’t like the prep work that can be involved.

My biggest challenge when I did raw religiously a couple of years ago, was how to get filling protein foods that didnt hurt my digestion having chrohn’s colitis & numerous auto immune issues, (I lost near 3st/42lbs going to BMI of 15!!) . I found raw sprouted beans, nuts & legumes quite a challenge on my system. I have however continued my green smoothies and LOVE them, so my next biggest challenge is rotation and variety.

I love the ease and speed with which a NutriBullet allows you to make healthy, nutrient rich foods and snacks!

A NutriBullet would help me with one of the biggest challenges I have in preparing raw foods and snacks….TIME! Raw foods are great and I would like to incorporate them regularly in my diet but fitting prep time in my busy schedule is really challenging!

I am almost 70 years old and have just begun to eat raw. My biggest challenge is my husband of 49 years. He thinks I am turning into a cave woman!!

The challenge for me eating raw is learning the different take of raw vegetable and trying new vegetables that I never eaten before. We just had a whole food store hear in Savannah,Ga. which make it easier to find a variety of vegetable and herbs that organic. I love the results from eating raw my skin, hair and weight loss has made it worth it!!!
