My biggest challenge with raw food is my culture. “Soul Food” is always a constant around me. My family is obese all the way down to the young children. I’m learning how to make raw dishes. It is difficult but life is a challenge.

Thanks for the fun give away! Biggest challenge is pre planning. Otherwise I just east the same thing over and over. 😀

My biggest challenge eating raw food is dehydrating, specifically making crackers. Also, finding different recipes that are good. That is why I like Raw Newsletters with their recipes! I have tried a few and they are really delicious, new and innovating. Thanks

My biggest challenge with eating raw is preparation time. If I don’t come home from the grocery, farmer’s market, etc and clean and cut all the things I’ve purchased and store them in the frig, they will sit and rot. Time is my enemy! And therefore my motivation lacks to do the work on an “as needed” basis. BUT, I love eating from the source and when I do I feel sooooooo good!

My biggest challenge is traveling–some things you just can’t take with you–like your Vitamix and your refrigerator. Can’t take a cooler on the airplane. Since we are almost 100 percent raw, eating things outside our normal diet make us feel heavy and weighed down, not good. I really wonder why most people do not eat this way, and why food of this type is not readily available. I think the audience is growing, so in the meantime, we have to be really creative and a Nutri-bullet would really help us in this endeavor. Raw food has saved my life. I am a totally different person since I changed my diet. I’m not sick, I have no cravings, and medically, my bone density problem reversed, as well as my lab testing. Thanks for the great recipes and the support this website brings!!!

What a wonderful idea!
I love to eat raw food, but, find it difficult to get a variety of veggies when traveling. I also find that I do crave warm or hot food in the winter (especially living on the East Coast). I also think that one needs to often prepare raw food with more time allocated in advance because of soaking nuts and\or dehydrating. With that being said, I really love raw food – the wonderful flavors and variety of fruits, veggies and wonderful gluten-free grains one is exposed to. Thank you for all your creative and delicious raw food recipes:)

Raw meal planning is tough but I find it more challenging to create savory raw foods and not be tempted by cooked foods. I keep reminding myself how good eating raw makes me feel.

My biggest challenge with eating raw is doing it on a budget with a large family. I will also add, that it’s a challenge to get my whole family on board with eating raw, as well.
Would love to own a bullet!
Thank you,
Lori

The most difficult thing for me is keeping something in the fridge to eat when I’m hungry and not giving in to what everyone else is eating. A daily menu, helps a lot. A bullet blender will really help with dressings and recipes for one. Thanks for having this give-a-way.
