I live in Vermont so my biggest challenge with my raw food diet is dealing with our long winters. I love winter, snow etc… But I crave warm foods and heartier fare. I will do a dehydrated Almond Scallion Bread to serve with a Pureed Root Vegetables with Ginger and spices
and warm it to 110 degrees. That Helps! Thank you so much for the possibility of winning a Magic Bullet!

My challenge is preparation. I would love to eat raw more often but have difficulty with time management especially if I have to use the dehydrator.

My biggest challenge is creating enough variety to get my husband and boys to eat more raw foods. That is one reason I love all the creative ideas & recipes I get on this blog!

My biggest challenge is on those days when the fridge is getting bare and I don’t have time o go shopping for fresh produce and I don’t have any pre-made raw foods nor time to dehydrate anything. What to do – what to do? : ))

My biggest challenge with raw food is going out to eat with friends or family. There is only one raw vegan restaurant where I live and that one is 45 minutes away! I’m glad people are waking up to veganism/raw vegan, but not fast enough…ha!!

It’s very difficult for me as a student, a caretaker to my mother, and working full time to daily food prep. I have a habit of doing all my food prep in one day for the week. It does make it slightly more difficult but not impossible to continue clean raw eating. 🙂 love this giveaway!!!

Planning! I need to plan my time better, in order to plan my shopping trips, plan my shopping lists and be ready and organized to whip up a delicious raw meal. I guess another word for it might be that my laziness is my biggest obstacle.
Thank you for your inspiration.

I have been raw for a few years now, the hardest part is finding fresh, exciting organic fruit in the winter. I can find it in bags in the freezer section, but not fresh. Living in the north can sometimes be very hard as a rawbie. Thankfully cayenne pepper warms you up!
