No BIG challenge with Raw Food BUT hard to buy local organic in cold months. Rely on out of state produce. I would LOVE LOVE LOVE the Nutri -bullet!!!!!!! Oh my gosh LOVE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thanks for your amazing site!

The biggest challenge with raw food for me is figuring out what can be mixed together that will taste good. I have not done raw food regularly for that reason. I depend on a recipe and having little time to pull out a recipe book and figute out all the needed ingredients I skip and just do my usual crock pot cooking or quick meals. Cooking foods is an old habit and having been a mom for 30+ years I’m quite good at it and I can whip up something really quick with whatever I have on hand. With raw food I look at what I have and I have no idea what I could put together to make it appetizing and interesting. About the easiest is just raw celery and carrott sticks or green beans but that can get boring quick.

I love the recipes that get posted on your website and I always plan on trying them all but having two jobs I rarely get to it.

My biggest two challenges are: fitting all of the yummy greens, veggies and fruits in my fridge, and being invited as a dinner guest by people who don’t eat as I do. I usually bring some food to share so that I can eat something with them and be sociable, too!

My biggest challenge to eating raw is to do so consistently while on the move. I can see where the nutribullet would make it much less of a hassle to eat raw when away from home.

My biggest challenge is cost! My grocery bill has more than doubled! Having said that, it is COMPLETELY worth it! The health issues that I had before are GONE! I was very pleasantly surprised…and so was my doctor. I am enlisting everyone that I can to start eating more raw vegan meals…regardless of the cost or other challenges!

My biggest challenge is having a group of friends who love to eat out at restaurants when we socialize. Trying to come up with a way to eat that isn’t boring is interesting!

I am loving my new raw food lifestyle, but my biggest challenges are:
    1) Traveling for work or pleasure (either staying at friends’ houses or at hotels), and
    2) Being invited over for a meal with family or friends.

The challenge is not so much being able to find enough good raw food to eat healthy meals, but how to respectfully decline family and friends’ very well intentioned “vegetarian lasagna” or “jello with pineapple” or “tossed (iceberg) salad with tofu” etc. I’m sure you get the idea.

My biggest challenge is the amount of prep work for raw food recipes. I have to have the time for this and any tools that can make it easier to prepare raw foods are greatly appreciated as they save so much time. I find lunches at work the most difficult as I often only have time for a quick nutritious drink or snack. The nutri bullet looks like a great tool.

My biggest challenge is time — there are so many things I want to incorporate into my diet — raw food is so delicious and exciting!! But with a busy family, it’s hard to find the time and peace in the kitchen to make some of the more elaborate things. Someday I will!! Travel is definitely a challenge too — wanting green juice and smoothies!! The Nutri-Bullet would be a dream come true! Thanks!
