Definitely the planning! If I don’t have a weekly game plan, I end up eating the same thing…daily!

I love eating as much raw as possible but it gets challenging each summer, when all our kids (a baby and 3 very hungry teenage boys) AND my husband (a teacher) are home all day everyday! 😉 It means I spend all day in the kitchen cooking and preparing dishes! 😉 We all eat whole food plant based when it comes to raw food, I’m pretty much the only one passionate about it – which is why I would LOVE to get my hands on this bullet, to make some yummy things just for myself! 😉

My biggest challenge is having enough food with me no matter what the circumstance. I’ve really ramped up my workouts trying to lose weight. As a vegetarian I’ve always had challenges finding things I can eat on the run, but it seems to have gotten worse with the increased workouts.

It can be challenging when I’m looking for “comfort food” such as toast or pasta, to find something bland and soothing that doesn’t take a lot of preparation.

Hi Everyone, I love to eat RAW…I feel sooo good on RAW foods. Lost 50 pounds!!
My family is starting to get “into it”, too. Two of my friends just bought juicers. Hooray!
Just hard for me to give up on conventional protein powders.
    Have a Fantastic Day!

I love raw fruits and veggies, but my family does not. I am finding it difficult to prepare meals that they will enjoy because they still prefer unhealthy foods. I am so thankful that I discovered the raw lifestyle because it has made a huge difference in how I look at food and raw food makes me feel good!

My biggest challenge(s) are price, availability, and my family. My family is the biggest challenge… trying to convert them, crowding out the bad/unhealthy stuff that they love and feel is necessary, and teaching them to try new things with nutrients! The temptations are always there for me, because we have it around for them:(

My challenge is finding organic and quality ingredients in my country wich sadly is in babysteps in organic produce and non GMO food (Costa Rica). We don’t even have nutribullets in here!!
