I have no problem with raw in the summer but once the winters start here in upstate NY I really crave soup and other foods, even toast! Wondering what others do.

I guess my biggest challenge is just organization, like with most things in my life! Making a to do list, and using new recipes, since I’m in my late 50’s trying to refresh my life now with more amazing raw healthy foods than ever before. So many old ways die hard………..

Making enough meals for my lunch and dinner which I eat at work. I have to eat everything cold and some recipes need to be consumed right away.

I love juicing and introducing raw food and desserts to my family. I have 3 small children that have gotten
In the habit of making juices and cooking with me. During our vacations, travels, soccer events and school- I struggle to maintain the healthy lifestyle for them. So I make batches of bars or cookies, juices and fresh fruit when I can. The Nutribullet will definitely help! We enjoy our days at the park and night time at the ball field. Any accessory to contribute to our healthy lifestyle is amazing!! ( my children are 7,5 and almost 4)
Thanks…ilene

My biggest challenge with raw food is when I travel – it is challenging to find rawmazing food when eating out and visiting friends/family 🙂 Can’t wait for raw food cafes and restaurants to become more common across the globe!

My biggest challenge with raw food is that a lot of the recipes I like wherein I can make them in large batches (in order to save time) call for a food dehydrator. I recently bought a relatively inexpensive one; however, I am returning it without even using it. Apparently, the dehydrator I just purchased only does fruits and veggies and jerk meats (jerk-not at all what I’m looking for). I now trust that I will have to get an Excalibur to do all that I desire to do. Love Rawmazing and would love to have the NutriBullet.

My biggest challenge with raw foods or any healthy eating comes from having been a chef for more then 50 years. That’s 50 years of cooking and eating an unhealthy diet. The change comes slowly, but it is happening.

I am finally able to let people know how I eat and how much my lifestyle change
has done for me. Not everyone gets it but it doesn’t bother me when they feel bad
that I don’t choose to eat the foods that they do. I only wish they saw the wonderful
changes that I have found iny daily life. I love trying new ways to make delicious healthy
raw foods and love when I meet other people that live raw.

My biggest challenge is trying the darker green vegetables, like kale and collards in my smoothies. I do love to eat raw vegetables and juicing them is probably the best way to get them all into a diet without having to taste them in the raw state since you can put fruit with them, as well.
