My biggest challenge is time and money. I love the things I’ve been able to try for cheap (like zucchini noodles), but for some of the more expensive things, especially to get quality non-GMO ingredients, as a grad student, I just don’t have the money to spend, especially since the stores I could buy things at are a very long drive away. I feel great since I switched to a whole-foods plant-based diet though, and I try to eat raw most of the time to keep feeling good.

My biggest challenge is finding dishes that my husband will try and like. He will probably never go totally vegan, much less raw. Also finding raw choices when dining out is extremely difficult.

Time! I love raw foods and love to make smoothies in the morning for breakfast, would be so nice to have this little fella to make my life easier. I eat raw most of the time, I use my dehydrator, juicer and blender. Make raw kale salads several times a week, but have always wanted a small blender type smoothie maker for on the go meals.

My biggest challenge is that I’m changing over slowly due to my family not really for it all the time. I do it when I’m working from home and when family is out of town. Prepping is also big one but I welcome it due to improved health.

My biggest challenge is staying on my raw diet while I am away from home. Nutri-Bullet is a mobile juicer that I could take on the run which would solve a lot of my issues including what I will do for the holidays. The majority of the time, I prefer to drink my nutrients as opposed to eating them. When I do eat them, I would like the time to prepare and plan, and I feel the Nutri-Bullet would fill those issues. No need for a mug or glass because it is part of the juicer. An ingenious idea – I wish I thought of it. I am 150% committed to a raw lifestyle as I have been curing a “so-called” disease naturally without drugs.

My biggest challenge with eating raw is the amount of planning and forethought it takes. You have to plan ahead, sometimes many days in advance. Coordinating the timing is challenging.

The biggest challenge for me is the cost of organic foods (LOTS of greens!) and specialty items (chia, cacao, etc.) to maintain a raw diet. The second biggest challenge is traveling and staying raw. Holidays and family gatherings are challenging.
