I’m a photographer and travel 75% of the time, so finding the time and being on the road so much are my biggest obstacles. Boy oh boy do I miss my Vitamix when I travel, but I’m certainly not going to drag that thing with me everywhere! To put some positivity here, how it’s easy for me to eat raw is being single! There should be a rawsingles.com dating website because men (around here at least) have atrocious diets! haha

My biggest challenge is eating out and as you said traveling…………..it is soooo hard to stay raw and healthy especially visiting a foreign country.

Recently started eating raw once a day, but need to do it more often. Because of my sister in-law your site has helped me a lot with ideas and I am hooked on the kale salad. Trying to eat raw and healthy is a challenge in keeping it simple with just a few ingredients.

My biggest challenge is backpacking around the world as a raw foodie and fitting my Vitamix in my backpack – it weighs a ALOT… therefore it just doesn’t happen so most days I hope and pray when I arrive to my destination there is a blender awaiting my green smoothie fix. 🙂 My second biggest challenge is finding friends to “go out” for a healthy salad…

My husband and I are sky photographers and storm chasers, which means that we are on the road several months a year, often in remote areas where finding good produce is a challenge. I have been known to pull out the cutting board and start putting together a salad on the roadside after a tornado chase – a far cry from the diets of most chasers, who gather over steak and beer at the end of the day. A nutribullet would make things much easier, both in the car with an adapter and in motels in the morning and evening. I would be able to vary our roadside food much more if I could make dressings, raw soups and spreads as well as finely chopping whatever produce I can find for salads. We are both getting older (mid-sixties) and the ravages of life on the road are telling us we have to be very aware of how and what we eat.
Thanks for offering a chance to enter this draw!

My biggest challenge with raw food is, that I have to eat all the time, as fruits and vegetables are fast digested, what means, I am soon hungry again.

I find it hard to do raw foods in the winter when it’s really cold. I need to find more soup recipes and warm them up in the dehydrator.

Our biggest challenge is space. We have a juicer and a blender and could create smoothies and green drinks using both of them, but we really need something compact that we can fit into a small kitchen. We seem to go from small kitchen to smaller kitchen and it can be tough to have all my tools handy. We would love to have a nutri-bullet to take the place of blender, juicer, food processor!
