My biggest challenge with eating raw is all the prep.

My biggest challenge is knowing what different types of protein to include. I want to use something other than nuts. Other than in raw desserts I am done with nuts (for now).

The most difficult challenge I face with eating completely raw is budgeting and ensuring I have the enough so that I can purchase organic for all of my family’s raw food meals. I shop a a local co-op and the prizes seem to rise every week. I just started a family garden and am hoping it will yield enough to cut cost in produce.

The biggest challenge for me with eating raw is definitely the cost of organic foods, not to mention buying the equipment to help make some of the recipies, like a dehydrator, juicer and good quality blender!

My biggest challenge is living with lots of other people, all of them who are eating very different from what I would ideally do all the time if I could manage! The environment is a challenge inspiration wise…

My biggest challenge is incorporating more variety in my diet..I get in a rut eating the same things..and when that happens the call of cook foods gets stronger….even though I feel so much when I eat all raw it keeps my MS symptoms at bay

The most challenging thing is making it easy for my 4 and 1 year old children! But we are doing our best. So far so good!!!

Besides not having a blender at the moment, my biggest challenge when it comes to eating more raw foods is that I live in house with two professional chefs.
