My biggest challenge is to avoid nuts and fats – although these are healthy in small quantities, I am concerned, that I have them far too much than I need, but it is difficult to find substitutes… I try to reduce them by eating only fruit, salads, juices and smoothies for 3 days of the week. But it is not easy…

My challenge is in the evening after work. Making and then chewing a salad feels like a lot of work. I think a smoothie or one of the NutriBullet recipes in the evening would be good.

Whenever I travel I have always taken my old bullet and it has been great for whipping up smoothies! My biggest challenge with raw food is that I live in a cold country (Canada) and in the winter its hard to not want some really hot food!

I am just learning about raw foods. I believe my biggest challenge will be finding some of the ingredients, and affording to re-stock the pantry.

My biggest challenge with preparing and eating raw is not going overboard with the nuts and seeds! I’m trying to find ways to not rely so heavily on them and balance things out a bit more.

Thanks for the entry. Biggest challenge for me is not having the best equipment to make a variety of raw foods. I am saving the pennies. Cheers, wendy house

Wow, I would so love a nutribullet! So great for travelling especially and whipping up quick smoothies, dressings and dips.
My biggest challenge with raw food is definitely dining with friends. I’m a 23 year old student and although I’ve made lots of raw desserts which all my friends love I find it’s more difficult to get them as excited as vegetables as I am!

My biggest challenge with raw food is conveying to others how important it is to eat clean.

My biggest challenge is getting my amazing yet very stubborn Greek husband to understand why it is such a wonderful change to make in our lives and how it could be a huge improvement for my mental health and well being. Also the prep work almost kills me as I have two very small kids. I also find that the organic fruits and veggies can be quite spendy.
