So my biggest challenge with raw food is… The texture. I’m sure most people have this “issue” or maybe not? The second biggest challenge is the taste. I have learned that the best way to overcome these issues are to make green smoothies. It’s amazing how much easier it is to take in in smoothie form! And good-tasting too!

Ooh I’d love one of those for places I couldn’t take my beloved Vitamix.
My biggest challenge is other people, they seem to think I’m forcing myself to eat some unpalatable diet and are forever trying to get me to eat things that I genuinely don’t enjoy any more now that my taste buds have become re-accustomed to the tasty joys of raw foods. Though I agree with comments above, the cost of Organic food is also a real hardship, but oh so worth it.

My schedule is usually pretty hectic and I end up working crazy late hours. My biggest challange seems to be finding quick on-the-go recipes. Having a Nutri Bullet handy would definitely help control my hunger with fresh raw juice! What could be better?!!!

My biggest challenge is my evening meal. After coutgette spaghetti, pizza, wraps and salads I find it difficult to think of different main meals. I love them all but occasionally fancy a curry or something else hot especialy in the winter months. Thank you for your recipes, just love them.

My biggest challenge is balancing what grows in the garden in winter with my choosing to live ‘off the land and off the grid’ with no fridge or freezer. So I eat fresh straight from the garden for each meal. In summer there are LOTS of berries and fruits but in winter it is so much more limited. So I fall into baking qunioa with home grown garlic served with greens (almost the only thing growing in winter). Yes there are stored nuts and such, but gee whiz it can be tricky when in Tassie, in winter, you’re trying to stick with raw foods. My Sedona De-hydrator is such a blessing!
Thank you1 Much love. Theresa.

my biggest challenge is that im still in high school and my parents dont like it ! and they always pack my yummy cooked lunches that i always have to give away to friends or eat if nobody wants them! its also hard to deal with cravings when they always have all this yummy cooked food stocked around the house.

My biggest challenge echos many of your other readers; the cost to purchase the dehydrator and juicer. Right now, I am using my blender and my easy-bake oven ( toaster oven).

Biggest challenge is timing! I wait too long to start preparing then just throw a bunch of stuff together….. not always tasty or satisifing…..

My biggest problem is thinking that I don’t have enough time to shop, chop, and prepare. But when I do it, I love it and feel so much better. I have to convince myself that it really does not take much longer than cooked food preparation at all!!
