Biggest challenge with raw food starts when the weather gets cold. Raw food doesn’t seem to warm me up as hot food does 🙁

My issue is time and cleanup as well as convenience in my time challenged life

My biggest challenge with eating raw is the time and advanced planing needed for the food prep in many recipes, like soaking, dehydrating, etc. I’d like to move beyond green smoothies and salads into more satisfying and sophisticated recipes but am not in the habit of planning my meals a day or so in advance.

My biggest challenge with raw foods is having too many recipes and not enough time to make them all!

My biggest challenge when I want to eat raw is not having my ingredients pre-prepped (soaked, sprouted, etc.).

My biggest challenge with raw food is trying to find a juice bar or great produce when I’m traveling. I’m so busy with my meetings that I end up eating a SAD diet at the hotel restaurant(s).

My biggest challenge in eating raw is the prep of meals especially with such a busy schedule and the craving of hot soups/meals in the winter

My greatest challenge has been the transitioning my family to raw foods. My two year old won’t eat anything he does not recognize. I’m persistent though, and once they become curious enough about what I am eating, I think I can convince them.

I find it hard to carry it over into the social side of life. It’s easy to control what ingredients go into your food; but taking it to gathering, bbqs, parties, present a challenge. I tend to eat some before I go so as not to feel that I’m burdening the hosts.
