My biggest challenge eating raw and feeding my family raw is leaving the kitchen. Somebody is always hungry so I’m constantly preparing food for somebody.

My biggest challenge is buying just the right amount of raw food to last for several days without going bad. I tend to buy a whole lot at once and then we have a hard time eating it all before it “dies”.

Making it easy, quick and delicious enough to keep me motivated to stay with it

My biggest challenge in time, availability and variety of fresh organic food in the winter months.

My biggest challenge is maintaining my food budget. Living in New England, 9 months out of 12, it’s very expensive to buy organic produce (since most of it is shipped from far away). So I have had to become very creative with using local produce which during most of the year consists of soley root vegetables:-)

My biggest challenge is dining out. My menu options are always very limited (salad and fruit) and there are no restaurants in my city that cater to raw diets. Also, I LOVE hot soup and miss it when the weather is cooler.

My biggest challenge is getting my family on board. We have an 8 year old who I try very hard to instill the importance of great nutrition, and getting him to try, let alone enjoy, something a little “different” is always a task. It is however, a challenge I welcome with open arms as I trust that one say everything will click for him 🙂

My biggest challenge is how visiting with family or friends often ends up with unplanned meals or snacks … being unprepared, I guess, is my biggest challenge.
