I still crave cooked foods….like bread, cookies, and esp. pasta and pizza. Also it’s hard to eat raw when I go out to dinner with my family and friends because the foods they eat are so tempting.

I have a hard time being creative. I sometimes fall back on salad, which for now I am fine with, but don’t know for sure when it will be too boring. thanks so much for your awesome site!

My biggest challenge is work. There is food, I mean, temptation everywhere. It makes it hard to go raw. People are always wanting to go to lunch and it is hard to say no. When I was working from home for a bit, I was able to stay on track.

My biggest challenge is sticking to it! I am typically ok with my raw food diet, however when I begin to cook for my family, I have to really tell myself to stick with it!

Breast cancer survivor trying to eat healthy diet. I have tried adding kale to my diet and no matter how it is prepared, I cannot pretend to like it! However, my friend has a nutri bullet and made me a green smoothie filled with many veges and fruit and, you guessed it, kale was in it! I actually enjoyed the smoothie very much!

My biggest challenge with Raw food would have to be not eating enough greens. I absolutely love fruits but greens?….they don’t taste so great to me. I have a hard time incorporating them into my lifestyle. The only form of greens I like to eat is those green juices but they taste quite horrible. I’ve only been raw now for a couple of weeks. Hopefully I’ll adapt to the taste of it.

My challenge is mixing green vegetables in a variety of ways, and also with other vegetables or food. I need as many greens for my health issues; Kale is my challenge. I need quick and easy for my lifestyle.

The biggest challenge I have is deciding just which scrumptious recipe/s to have follow as they are all so appealing. It has just been one roller coaster of fun.
