    Hi Susan,
thanks so much for sharing with us your recommendation of the NutriBullet and giving us the opportunity to win one.

My greatest challenge is my own interest in trying out new foods and that includes cooked foods.
I live in a very multicultural city and the opportunities to taste new and unusual foods are endless.
Hence – it’s a constant temptation to stray and try out something that’s cooked (though I do keep to strictly vegetarian foods and predominantly vegan ).

Your blog and recipe books have been a wonderful inspiration and encouragement.
Thanks so much for all your help to us readers. Thanks also to the other readers who’ll written about their challenges. This is helpful as well.

My biggest challenge with going raw is keeping it raw while trying to get my 5 yr old to eat. He has been getting picky. I keep falling back into the old cooked vegan habits.

My daughter really wants a nutri Bullet. She loves hiding kale, fruit, etc. inside smoothies for her picky 2 year old. A great way to ensure he is getting a day’s supply packed with nutrients.

My challenge is time, lack of powerful equipment and variety. I fell off the bandwagon after a year of being 80% raw, feeling and looking RAWmazing, because of stress, lack of time to prepare and eating the same things over and over (salads) as I didn’t invest in dehyrators, powerful blenders and processors.

My biggest challenge is making a variety of raw dishes my family will enjoy. My son is eats raw, but I need more variety to keep his pallet happy. I’m always searching for the kid tested/enjoyed recipes, especially camping recipes.

I think raw food saves the planet and lets you eat to live, rather than live to eat. The vast abundance in time, money, and fun means I’ll never look for another diet. My greatest challenge is getting creative using simple tools. Not everyone can get a dehydrator or a Vita-mix, especially if you’re poor or are seeing this site from another place in the world. What if you only have a knife and a cutting board. Or only a knife? Or no freezer! It’s great to be mostly fruititarian, but some additional savory ideas with simple tools would be so inspiring! Thanks for all you do! Love and light, :-David.

Finding time to plan meals is the biggest challenge to sticking with raw food eating. When I have made a solid plan for the week, prep food on the weekend, it is much easier to maintain a raw food diet throughout the week. No plan means when meal time rolls around – time and creativity are overcome with hunger. When we are hungry, it is likely that one choses the fastest foods rather than the best food choices. I enjoy your blog and your very creative recipes. I live and work in Zambia and it is challenging to find good resources. Thanks.

I always find making my veggie juice when I’m away from home a challenge. It’s not always convenient to travel with my juicer.
