My biggest challenge is, my mother I have been staying with her and she just does not understand why I eat raw foods, even thought she knows that has had a big postive effect on my health. I changed to a raw diet after a battle with cancer and my heath was fading fast, now 6 years later I’m cancer free and in the best shape I been in a very long time. And my sister has lost over 85 lbs and her health has improved so much since changing to a raw diet. But mom still things junk food is better for you.

My biggest challenge is having 6 kids and a husband who can be pretty picky with their eating. It’s hard to cook for just me, when I am so used to cooking in bulk for them.

Doing my best to eat raw and vegan, my biggest challenge would have to be trying not to over stress about my food choices in front of family and friends.

I find it hardest to know that I’m getting ALL nutrients that I need. I started to loose my hair and my muscles stopped functioning properly. But I loved how i felt on RAW food. Would love some help

My biggest raw food challenge is trying to find portable foods for when I am not home especially when I play golf for 4 hours. I bring some fruits and veggies but I get hungry and sometimes cave and buy some crap off the cart that drives around. I would like to find more interesting portable “meals” to carry with me.

My husband and I LOVE eating raw! We love even better the easy quick recipes as we have extremely busy lives. Our biggest challenge is planning ahead and dehydrating things ahead of time to use in a recipe.

My biggest challenge is time. My work schedule means that I prepare meals on weekends and then we have left overs all week. We are vegan and do eat a large salad with each “cooked” meal, but I do not have the time needed to prepare meals each day.
