Hello from the Chicago burbs! Just started getting into this raw food thing about one month ago after a presentation at our local park district. Your website was given as a reference, (and is my favorite thus far!). This is the beginning of a journey for myself and my family, as I don’t even recognize my own kitchen anymore! Already filled with ingredients I’ve never heard of before! My Christmas list consists of an Excalibur, vitamix, and an omega juicer… I think I got my in-laws worried. :).
