I’m from Northern NY, right on the Canadian border! I can see Canada from my daughter’s apartment 🙂 Anyway, I have your Transitional Foods cookbook and I love it! I’ve used so many of the recipes. And while I’m not looking to become completely raw, I want to be as raw as I can!
