Hello Susan, Lindsey here from Salt Lake City, Utah! I just started going raw after a 30 day juice cleanse where I lost 28 pounds. I am moving into phase two of my health and fitness personal program and going raw is what I decided on after loving the fruit and veggie lifestyle for a while.
