My biggest challenge is that I can do it for a bit and then because no one else in the family is into to healthy eating, I have to sometimes make 2 separate meals and then I just go back to my old ways.

The hardest thing in eating healthy is being able to afford it on a regular basis.

My biggest challenge to eating raw food would be a lack of knowledge. Ironically my 3 year old son will only eat his vegies if they are raw as in raw carrot sticks, green smoothies etc however if I put a plate of cooked vegies in front of him he won’t touch them. So my biggest challenge is to combine foods so that my family will get first class protein in their meals.

My biggest challenge is finding food that that the kids love. The funny thing is they like raw vegies more then cooked! But she you want something that also looks good to them and is filling then it can be hard. Lately cook basic food for them and just eat it too because I’m so tired! But I would love to make more all raw meals that everyone loves!

My sister introduced me to raw food years ago but it was so mysterious I was hesitant to get into it. A year ago, in an effort to increase my intake of whole vegetarian/vegan foods I decided to try making a cashew “cheese” she once shared. I came to rawmazing.com for a recipe and was really encouraged. It’s now my go-to place for raw recipes because everything so far has been top notch. It’s fun to learn how to recreate a flavor in such innovative ways while producing foods that are wholly nutritious and delicious. Thank you Susan for your generosity and connection with your website followers 😀

Your desserts are the best, my biggest challenge is not to eat them for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and your salads are the greatest like everything else you create. Thank You for all your amazing recipes!

My biggest challenge is eliminating sugar from my diet.

I have been eating vegetarian and trying to incorporate 1-2 raw meals a day into my diet. I would love a recipe book to help keep me motivated to make a raw snack or dessert instead of a more processed one.
