Rawmazing Cookbook Give-Away!

Giveaway! Rawmazing.com

It’s time for me to say thank you for all your wonderful support. I get so many lovely emails and comments and I just want to let you know how much you all mean to me.

So…I am giving away 3 sets of the Rawmazing Print Cookbooks. Three winners will each receive a copy of “Rawmazing: 130 Simple Raw Recipes for Radiant Health” and “Rawmazing Desserts”.

All you have to do to enter is write one sentence in the comments stating your biggest challenge to eating healthy. And if you don’t have any challenges, you can say that, too! Only one entry per person. If you have never commented here before, it will take a bit for your comment to appear. Make sure you only enter once.

Contest is now closed.

The contest will close Sunday, February 15th, 2015 at 10:00 pm pacific time. The winner will be chosen at random and will be posted on Monday morning. You must be 18 or older to enter.

*If you outside of USA, the contest rules that govern where you live will apply.

I find my biggest challenge would be those nasty food devils in my head that whisper into my ear particularly after I have eaten a delicious raw meal…’go on you can indulge just look at how good you have been today eating all that healthy stuff’. although I find if I acknowledge ‘the voice’ and say ‘yes I can have it but I don’t want it’ the voice goes away. 🙂

My biggest challenge is the time constraint. If one has a couple of ids and you work fulltime finding the time to make a homemade meal.

My biggest challange to staying raw was to ALWAYS have on hand the ingredients to making your recipe of the cacoa macaroons…… AMAZINGLY healthy, sweet nibbles to help me over some of my cravings! Thank you…

Being a shift worker it is often hard to find the time and to resist the cravings that occur when your body clock is trying to cope!

The biggest challenge to healthy eating in our family is multiple food allergies and sensitivities that conflict with each other! Getting a healthy meal on the table for each person often involves cooking many different dishes each night and while we can all eat some of the same things, we don’t want to eat the same foods each night. Sometimes momma is too tired to make it all work and then the priority is the kids of course.
