My biggest challenge is finding meals that ALL my family enjoys instead of just the yummy raw desserts 🙂

    Thank you for this opportunity!

the biggest challenge I have to eating healthy is that I don’t have any recipe books to try new recipes to keep my diet varied and interesting….that’s why it would be great to win your recipe books.

my biggest challenge is finding the time to be organised enough to choose recipes, buy incredients and experiment with this way of eating so that it becomes a natural part of my lifestyle

My biggest challenge with eating healthy is the amount of experimenting I do…..and the amount of food that I push on my family, when all they really want is white bread and cheese! I have had many successes with introducing healthy treats to my kids….and many fails! I am learning the importance of trusting them and of moderation…..the 80% healthy nourishing food/20% fun crazy coloured tasty food.

My biggest challenge was to quit sugar. I didn’t even realise that sugar was not only in sweet stuff, but we were actually surrounded buy it. It’s even in your tomato sauce jar. So to avoid it I started cooking everything from scratch. My most successful recipes I share on my blog (www.foodarty.net).

Hello, Thank you for this opportunity to share my experiences.
As a professional Home Economist I have learned so much nutritional information since I began a journey to heal myself of
diabetes. I’ve had some success and set backs along the way. Weighing in at 380 pounds from a side effect of Lantus insulin in 2005, I have just begun to lose weight again. Since December 22, 2014 I have lost about 12 pounds. I am currently 270 #’s. Also 6ft tall. The most amazing area that I am getting into now is the kind of information in your book. I am allergic to wheat and mangos. I do have your first book and I would love more for what I’m learning.
I’m finding my greatest challenges in staying off the wheat. I have started looking into alternative choices to this particular food. There is a new world waiting for me and I’m jumping in with both feet “into the deep end” and I’m very excited.
Thank you for all the work your books hold. Time to garden prep. Best wishes. Joan

I’ve already handled portion control and I feel good. Winning your lovely set will help me continue
