My biggest challenge to eating healthy whole foods is my work schedule. I work 3rd shift 6 nights a week and I sleep all day. I find it hard to find the time to prepare anything healthy to eat.

My biggest challenge is keeping track of all of the amazing recipes I can now find on sites like Rawmazing. I am good about preparing my own meals but I almost need to map out my month in advance so I can better prepare and plan to create all these great dishes/ meals at home. As an aside– I made the hazlenut truffles for Valnetine’s Day- gave to friends and family and got rave reviews! Yes they are a treat but noone can believe they are made with healthy ingredients!

The biggest challenge i have to healthy eating is finding the time to cook meals. I usually take Sundays to prepare healthy meals for the whole week.

My biggest challenge is staying away from sugar. I was a 100% raw vegan for 4 years. Now my sister owns a bakery in Southfield, MI, http://www.cakecrumbsonline.com. I prepare the vegan, gluten free and raw vegan desserts. Batters must be sampled :(. It is my goal to bring more raw vegan desserts that are white sugar and cane sugar free and that are safer for diabetics and all those wanting delicious desserts but want to maintain their health. Once you open the door to cooked foods or sugar it’s very difficult to return to raw. Having a raw dessert in the refrigerator and one in the freezer is a sure way to beat the cravings for a sugar addict.

The biggest challenge that I have is time and finding the right ingredients. My schedule is so hectic, that shopping, prep time and cooking is always a juggling act.

My biggest challenge is school. As a grad student, I am constantly busy which makes maintaining a healthy lifestyle very tough!

My daughter got me interested in raw recipes and I must say they are delicious but it is bothering to make them
For myself that is a challenge

In the beginning I would have said say licorice (being Dutch, licorice is as important as chocolate) but now I would go with what I’ve read in the other comments, the social bit, the eating out is ‘challenging’ 🙂
