Rawmazing Cookbook Give-Away!
It’s time for me to say thank you for all your wonderful support. I get so many lovely emails and comments and I just want to let you know how much you all mean to me.
So…I am giving away 3 sets of the Rawmazing Print Cookbooks. Three winners will each receive a copy of “Rawmazing: 130 Simple Raw Recipes for Radiant Health” and “Rawmazing Desserts”.
All you have to do to enter is write one sentence in the comments stating your biggest challenge to eating healthy. And if you don’t have any challenges, you can say that, too! Only one entry per person. If you have never commented here before, it will take a bit for your comment to appear. Make sure you only enter once.
Contest is now closed.
The contest will close Sunday, February 15th, 2015 at 10:00 pm pacific time. The winner will be chosen at random and will be posted on Monday morning. You must be 18 or older to enter.
*If you outside of USA, the contest rules that govern where you live will apply.

The biggest challenge at eating healthy for me is not knowing all of my options and resources in finding recipes. I am very grateful to have found your website, not only including great food but beautiful pictures. Winning your cookbooks would give me a strong knowledge base in learning how to eat right all of the time!

The biggest challenge in eating healthy isn’t even something I face at home or in my kitchen (thanks in large part to the wonderful recipes I’ve PINNED from this very wesbite!)… It’s something I face when I choose to eat out with friends! I love the social aspect of getting together… especially when it involves getting together over a bite to eat… but given the limited eat-in restaurants that cater to raw/vegan diets, it’s always an ordeal to pre-scan and/or ‘personalize’ menu items to ensure that these fall within the parameters of my definition of “healthy eating”.
(If anyone has any advice on how best to cope with this all-encompassing challenge, I’d really like to hear from you!)

For me, it is a challenge to be planning meals for the week. I feel my best when on raw food. This winter, I managed two full weeks of raw in -25C in Ottawa and I was not cold. Pleasantly surprised.
I fall back on smoothies to get my protein needs. This has been my second most difficult challenge as I need more protein than most people. That makes for a lot of nuts going nuts at times. I tend to make the same dish the whole week. Geeez! At 62 y.o., this chick still wants to learn new tricks. Slowly I guess.

Just doing it! My job requires me to attend lots of events and dinners. I’m always surrounded by good.
So, my challenge is just doing it and selecting better choices when I’m out at an event!

I do eat healthy but my biggest challange is incorporating a wider variety of raw recipies into my diet. So when I win the cookbook I would not have a excuse .
