My biggest challenge is usually time. Sometimes I don’t have enough time to do a lot of preparation and cooking, so I resort to fast prep meals or juicing.

My biggest challenge is to eating healthy is when I go out with friends to a non-healthy restaurant that doesn’t offer great options and where I’d honestly not prefer to eat anything – but then you still eat something because you’re with your friends…

My biggest challenge to healthy eating and lifestyle changes is chocolate – the darker the better, and carb cravings! Add to that a stressful job that zaps my willingness to exercise, and you have a recipe for constant balance struggle for healthy eating, exercise, and stress management!

One of the biggest challenges is that not many of my friends and family eat the way that I do. I care about them and in 2 and 1/2 years not many have committed to this way of eating. I don’t push it, although some have been dabbling in it. But I see many love ones sick and my heart aches sometimes in knowing. I think people think they must do it for the “rest of their life”. I don’t think that way, I just keep my thoughts on today. Thanks Susan for standing firm in the cause!

My biggest challenge is grocery shopping. I hate to do it, and it takes up a lot of time. If I have good, fresh food at home to eat then I’ll eat it, but if it’s not here already it’s hard for me.

I follow a plant based diet and eat pretty healthy…most of the time. My biggest challenge is when I walk past my co-worker’s office in the late afternoon and I see his bowl of Starburst candy. I can’t stop myself from taking 4 pieces daily.
