All you have to do to enter is write one sentence in the comments stating your biggest challenge to eating healthy. And if you don’t have any challenges, you can say that, too! Only one entry per person. If you have never commented here before, it will take a bit for your comment to appear. Make sure you only enter once.

Contest is now closed.

My biggest challenge is being a new mom, with a husband that travels a lot, and finding simple recipes that don’t take all day to prepare. Thank you for the opportunity! 🙂

I love new ideas and recipes, because it is so hard to stay disciplined after about three months. No matter how great the health improvements have been, staying strong and not cheating gets really hard at that point.

My biggest challenge to eating raw is lack of variety in my region of fresh options during the long winter months.

My biggest chanllenge with eating healthy is saying no to the unhealthy food when I am hormonal, if I give in for a day or more it is hard for me to start eating healthy again, I am an alll-or-nothing kind of person.

I am starting my adventure with whole foods just now. I do my research about raw food and this is how i found this blog. I guess that my biggest challenge will be to eat raw while still preparing traditional meals for my family. Of course i will try my best to convince them to eat raw as well but…that will be hard ;). please fingers crossed 🙂

My soon to be biggest challenge will be living overseas where I may not have access to all the foods I want. But I hope to have a dehydrator so these books would be amazing!

Time for the prep work is my biggest challenge.

My biggest challenge to eating healthy is the expensive grocery bill that comes with making these tasty recipes. My second biggest challenge, however, is the stereotypical opinions from family members who believe I am getting too skinny on this 100% raw vegan diet. Despite these challenges, I feel more motivated to stay 100% raw vegan as much as possible. Peace!!
