The most difficulty I have when it comes to eating healthy is cravings and friends and family having those unhealthy foods readily available.

My greatest ongoing challenge is low self esteem or worth and not giving myself enough of the loving gifts of time, education and investment in myself and my body that I and everyone in truth deserve.

My biggest challenge is making a shift in my husband’s diet. He’s a Stage IV Cancer survivor going through chemo treatments currently. He’s eating lots of jello and puddings, so we just this evening discussed how removing those chemicals and getting back to a whole food diet was best. They have him on steroids so the desire to eat his high. I wish we could be at the dedication level you are in your food evolution and lifestyle. Peace.

Finding delicious raw food recipes to satisfy my four carnivores (3 sons and husband) is a major task, and I hope to find culinary hope in one of these inspirational books.

My biggest challenge is finding simple, easy and quick go to raw foods that are yummy, filling and satisfy toddlers as well. Not a salad every day kind of eater myself and while I find that raw meals and treats that satisfy are super YUMMY, they are also time consuming and labor intensive vs easy old habits.

My biggest challenge is preparation, if I am prepared well I eat well, if I am not prepared the opposite occurs! I try to set aside every Sunday to plan the week ahead and do some preparation in the kitchen. I would love these cook books to assist me in this process so I have lots of healthy ideas on hand!

My biggest challenge is finding the time to always cook for myself, balancing that with a full time job and not being able to have ‘cheat’ days as I am allergic to wheat and dairy! So I’m forced to be healthy and at times when I’m tired and can’t think it’s hard to get motivated in the kitchen. Having a set of your books means I won’t have to think, I can stay better organised and just do!

My biggest challenge to eating health, is staying with the program. I’m a newbie, and just found your website and I’m making a commitment to making this change; starting gradually and making one or two new recipes each week and planning out my meals for the week.
