Rawmazing Cookbook Give-Away!
It’s time for me to say thank you for all your wonderful support. I get so many lovely emails and comments and I just want to let you know how much you all mean to me.
So…I am giving away 3 sets of the Rawmazing Print Cookbooks. Three winners will each receive a copy of “Rawmazing: 130 Simple Raw Recipes for Radiant Health” and “Rawmazing Desserts”.
All you have to do to enter is write one sentence in the comments stating your biggest challenge to eating healthy. And if you don’t have any challenges, you can say that, too! Only one entry per person. If you have never commented here before, it will take a bit for your comment to appear. Make sure you only enter once.
Contest is now closed.
The contest will close Sunday, February 15th, 2015 at 10:00 pm pacific time. The winner will be chosen at random and will be posted on Monday morning. You must be 18 or older to enter.
*If you outside of USA, the contest rules that govern where you live will apply.

I have IBS, Celiac and a couple of other food allergies and health issues, making every day in the kitchen a many-hours-long affair to eat well. I love to cook and bake, but I am always looking for new recipes and ideas to help me stay healthy 🙂

I don’t really have a challenge in maintaining my healthy/raw diet. I always keep track of how I feel after eating. I have found that eating cooked food does not agree with my gut, so in result, I eat raw and my gut and I are compatible with each other.

My biggest challenge is finding healthy restaurants and dinning where I live and even the word vegan here is like a foreign language to majority of people I meet. Lucky for me my family really encourage my healthy eating choice and have influenced them to eat more healthy too (my dad has turned completely whole food plant-based vegan now, hooray!). Another challenge is the price of some health food products in New Zealand, so I do a lot of on line shopping or just buy fresh whole foods.
