I really love your site and especially appreciated your pantry list 🙂 The biggest challenge to eating healthy for me is weekends with my husband….we both have a sweet tooth and love to spoil ourselves on weekends!!

My biggest challenge lately is trying to be perfect instead of just being happy that I am making progress with changing my eating habits and sticking to it.

Biggest challenge – psychological stress of doing something new / different methodology but I LOVE HOW I FEEL ON RAW FOOD. I also need to cook meat and more substantial food for my husband.

I often eat on the run with a toddler and new born to care for, on mindful days I will have loads of healthy food ready to eat. On other days I survive on coffee and what I can quickly put in my mouth.
I love reading and creating rawmazing recipes and knowing when I’m hungry something delicious is waiting for me.

My biggest challenge is sweets or snack foods, even though I’m a vegan I can still find vegan treats out there that I should stay away from or at least not eat a lot of.

My kids help me out a lot by preparing me healthy meals so I would say if anything they make it a lot easier for me!

My biggest challenge to eating and staying healthy is when I travel (hectic work-related trips) and when dealing with social events.

Biggest challenge has been knowing what foods to buy, what foods to keep on hand, and re-thinking how I shop for food at the store. It’s been challenging, but I’m trying to commit to having a mostly raw vegan diet so I can restore my health after having 2 babies in 2 years and having low energy (sleep deprivation!) and an extra 20 lbs that just aren’t coming off. I’m about 50% raw most days and have been vegetarian, but would like to be mostly raw vegan. I’m blessed to live in a warmer climate so can find good fruits & veggies year-round, but sometimes I’m at a loss since I don’t have a ton of time and I’m not a great cook, so need easy recipes! My 2 yr old daughter and husband (and eventually our newborn son) are all onboard with eating raw… we just need help to figure out HOW! 🙂

I love your enthusiasm with regard to raw meals. I have finally found my way back to veganism. I feel so much better and am on the path of seeking variety. Your meals are eye appealing as well as nutritious. It would be awesome to receive your cookbook!
