All you have to do to enter is write one sentence in the comments stating your biggest challenge to eating healthy. And if you don’t have any challenges, you can say that, too! Only one entry per person. If you have never commented here before, it will take a bit for your comment to appear. Make sure you only enter once.

Contest is now closed.

    Mmm, those books are lovely!
A challenge is for me the non-healthy temptations during the parties, working hours etc.

It’s difficult to have variety for all the family members. Some who have need a raw vegan diet and others that don’t. I have a daughter in law who has had food poisoning twice that has severely changed what she is able to digest and a husband who has had a stroke and Cancer twice. I and my son have had our gall bladders removed. sigh haha we sound like a mess but all this has made us all want to make serious changes. I have your transitional ebook and use it a lot. I also have Rawmazing and would love to give one to my daughter in law. Deserts are special and we all look forward to them and for all of us they make a great ending to our healthy meals.
Thanks to you for all your efforts and posts.

I would adore these books. I am vegan, and yet frustratingly overweight. I desperately want to go raw for my health and weight loss, but I have no clue on my own how to come up with healthy recipes. I have the rawmazing I-phone app.. but Id love to have a wide variety of these delicious recipes.

My biggest challenge is how easy picking something up after work is vs. coming home & preparing something when I am exhausted after a long, hard day @ work. Knowing that healthier nutrient filled foods will help me conquer the exhaustion helps me keep working at it. Thank you for the inspiration, it helps too!

My biggest challenge is to improve my health and my culinary skills now that we, as a family, have decided to go dairy free.

My biggest challenge is ACCESS. Access to affordable whole foods. Access to affordable equipment. Access to an active raw foods community for support, resources, dialogue, exchange, gatherings, etc.

My biggest challenges in Mexico, where we live, are… Tortillas, we can get really good tortillas with pure organic corn… but when eating raw… how to make them happen!!! …. the crunchy and heavy taste of the Bread … hard not to be tempted with the handmade breath, full of gluten we found in Tepic… so hard to find and very expensive this amazing Ezequiel sprouted vegan organic Bread… ! =)
