Rawmazing Cookbook Give-Away!
It’s time for me to say thank you for all your wonderful support. I get so many lovely emails and comments and I just want to let you know how much you all mean to me.
So…I am giving away 3 sets of the Rawmazing Print Cookbooks. Three winners will each receive a copy of “Rawmazing: 130 Simple Raw Recipes for Radiant Health” and “Rawmazing Desserts”.
All you have to do to enter is write one sentence in the comments stating your biggest challenge to eating healthy. And if you don’t have any challenges, you can say that, too! Only one entry per person. If you have never commented here before, it will take a bit for your comment to appear. Make sure you only enter once.
Contest is now closed.
The contest will close Sunday, February 15th, 2015 at 10:00 pm pacific time. The winner will be chosen at random and will be posted on Monday morning. You must be 18 or older to enter.
*If you outside of USA, the contest rules that govern where you live will apply.

My biggest challenge to eating healthy is having three young adults (my children) in my home who are always hungry and who love the idea of healthy eating but also get cranky if there is no junk food in the pantry such as chips and chocolate.

My biggest challenge since changing to a raw diet is late night snacks. It seems like I do fine all day but at night my body
decides I’m starving it.

The challenge for me in eating healthy is the food prep that must be done ahead of time. If the food is not ready when I’m ready, I’m quickly looking for the most convenient thing I can find. I enjoy eating raw and would love your book.

My biggest challenges to eating healthy are the cold, disorganisation, lack of self-discipline and the need to console myself with food.

My biggest challenge is to not be influenced by people around who are not eating vegan or raw. I can feel a bit lonely something even though i know i’m on the right path for myself.
