Rawmazing Cookbook Give-Away!
It’s time for me to say thank you for all your wonderful support. I get so many lovely emails and comments and I just want to let you know how much you all mean to me.
So…I am giving away 3 sets of the Rawmazing Print Cookbooks. Three winners will each receive a copy of “Rawmazing: 130 Simple Raw Recipes for Radiant Health” and “Rawmazing Desserts”.
All you have to do to enter is write one sentence in the comments stating your biggest challenge to eating healthy. And if you don’t have any challenges, you can say that, too! Only one entry per person. If you have never commented here before, it will take a bit for your comment to appear. Make sure you only enter once.
Contest is now closed.
The contest will close Sunday, February 15th, 2015 at 10:00 pm pacific time. The winner will be chosen at random and will be posted on Monday morning. You must be 18 or older to enter.
*If you outside of USA, the contest rules that govern where you live will apply.

With so much weight to release – and feeling the pressure to have it gone – now! – being patient – day-by-day – embracing each step – each lesson learned – knowing that it is a nourishing and loving journey towards wholeness in body and spirit.

My biggest challenge is my cravings for wheat. They are really hard to fight and if I give in to them I’m stuck eating wheat for days. I really need help to stick to eating good.

My greatest challenge is to stop eating things that contain refined sugars.. The struggle is real because of the addicting side effects. Refined sugar = no bueno!

My biggest challenge is not the eating healthy part since giving up sugar it’s much easier but trying to follow the raw/sugarfree lifestyle on a tight budget.
